This beloved Jamaica Plain tradition is a party, a reunion, a meeting place, a food fest, a community celebration all rolled into one. Free and open to all, Thursdays on the Lawn takes place weekly from 4pm til dusk on the grounds of the Loring Greenough House. Gardens and grass for picnicking, a beer garden for unwinding, food trucks for dining, and lots of space to play. Families, friends, neighbors, and colleagues can meet, mingle, and enjoy our beautiful green space in the heart of JP with the unbeatable backdrop of a beautiful historic house. Please join us!
A $1 donation per person is suggested and all funds go towards the preservation of the Loring Greenough House and Grounds.
