Michael Boezi and Eric Downing Live at The Substation

I’ll be back at The Substation in Roslindale on 4/22. The program is the Saturdays at the Substation series, where there is live music, a guest brewer (Vitamin Sea), and a Rozzie Bound bookstore pop-up.   

2pm–3pm: Eric Downing
4pm–5pm: Michael Boezi

Michael Boezi writes and performs original songs about current challenges in the culture in a busking, “electric folk” Billy Bragg style. He is currently releasing a series of singles featuring some of Boston’s best musicians as collaborators – available in all streaming platforms and Bandcamp under “Michael Boezi.”

Singer/songwriter Eric Downing (fmr: The Cast Irons) melds both Americana and Rock with heavy brushstrokes of soul to invoke a melodic canvas of many colors. Eric recently released his first single, Wave Goodbye.
