Songwriter Showcase Series: Ava Sophia & Michael Boezi

This is the June show of my monthly residency at The Square Root in Roslindale, where local songwriters and performers present original songs in a stripped-down, low-key format. The focus is on songcraft and community – bringing people together in a safe, intimate setting for a set of enjoyable evenings once/month.

Next up is Ava Sophia, an acoustic R&B singer/songwriter and a 2020 Boston Music Award Nominee. She has an amazing voice that powers smart, soulful songs.
