Why? Students are a captive audience, they have little choice. They are easy prey up and down the Greed Chain. All of the incumbents promise choices and cost savings, but it’s largely an illusion.
Industry average = 25% of students forego their core materials for intro-level courses. Imagine what a disadvantage that it. Completion rates sag, and their chances of success go way down.
